| Kent Beverage Company, Inc. is a family
owned and operated wholesale distributor of beer, wine and soft
drinks serving customers in eight Michigan counties. The Kent
Beverage service area extends from Ionia to Lake Michigan and
from north of South Haven to Pentwater. Customers include retail
establishments, restaurants and neighborhood taverns. |

The Company's primary source
of sales is its vast selection of premium beers. We carry
leading national domestic beers, like Coors and Stroh's,
as well as an extensive group of microbrewers, including
the local beers of Bell's and Founders Ales. We represent
eight of the top imported beers, including Corona, Heineken
and Molson. |

Wine sales are an important
part of our business. We have an extensive listing of wines
from every major wine producing area in the world. We take
pride that our selection of wines is the most complete variety
in our service area, with over 2,500 types and sizes. |

We also feature soft drinks
and other non-alcohol brands, including the Nantucket Nectars
and Faygo brands. We are constantly searching out innovative
and unique"New Age" beverages, giving our customers profitable
alternatives.

| Kent Beverage was founded in 1962 by Larry Gary,
working from a location on Godfrey Avenue with just 8 employees. Today,
there are approximately 110 employees helping serve our over 2,000
customers. Larry has turned over the operation of the business to
a new generation. His sons, Kim, Shawn and Brian are all active in
the business. |
